Interview with a recruiter

This is your introduction to the company, and the company's introduction to you.

The goal: to make sure we meet each other's basic requirements and expectations for work schedule and location, areas of expertise, compensation, and that we’ll both be a good fit for each other.

Technical interviews

As a rule, there are several such conversations with our team leaders to get a handle on your areas of technical proficiency. How many and what kind is a function of the position.

All interview topics are related to the position profile and required skillsets. Sometimes we offer live coding.

If we have a good match for your skills, we will offer you the position promptly. If not, we will give you honest feedback to improve your skills and search for future employment.

Job offer

We’ll schedule a final interview and send you a letter formalizing the job offer.
