We’ll talk about your experience, what you’re looking for next, what motivates you, your preferred way of working, and compensation expectations.

We’ll also tell you more about the role, the team, and the project, so you have enough context to decide whether the opportunity is interesting to you.

Depending on the role, we may ask a few technical questions to better understand your experience and how closely it matches what the team is looking for. This isn’t a technical interview, though. The goal is simply to understand whether there’s a good match on both sides before moving forward.

And of course, you can ask us anything along the way.

Next, you’ll meet a few people from the team and talk about the work you’ve done, the problems you’ve solved, and how you think about them.

The number and format of these conversations depend on the role. We’ll stick to things that are actually relevant to the job. For some positions, that may include a live coding session.

If it’s not a match, we’ll tell you honestly and share useful feedback whenever we can.

One last conversation, just to make sure everything feels right on both sides.
