Java Developer ETF+

Senior

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our ETF+ team.

What the project is about:

ETF+ is a central platform serving the Equity & Fixed Income ETF businesses. It covers the full front-office workflow: basket composition, order generation, execution management, exchange connectivity, and real-time position tracking. The platform operates in a fast-paced trading environment where correctness and resilience are non-negotiable. The team is actively expanding the platform's capabilities and improving its architecture. The platform now is operated on prem and is planned for rearchitecturing to move to AWS in a proper way.

Who we are looking for:

We are not looking for someone just to work on well-defined tasks. You will own features end to end — from clarifying requirements with business users to production support. You will be expected to understand the ETF business domain deeply enough to push back on requirements and propose better solutions.

Also:

  • You are passionate about financial domain context and want to understand what your code actually does for the business.
  • You understand Event-Driven Architecture and have worked with AMPS, Kafka, or MQ.
  • You maintain engineering discipline: code reviews, CI/CD, no MR without tests
  • You will propose improvements and actively drive them
  • You will be providing L2/L3 support for a product you are building
