ServiceNow developer
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow developer to join our team. The team is quite small, and everyone makes sense. We need a person who is keen on processes automation and ready to provide own view instead of blind tasks execution.

What you will do
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, focusing on Configuration Management and ITOM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on IT assets and services.
• Implement best practices for data management, including data import, export, and transformation processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.
• Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow functionalities and processes.
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates, features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on Configuration Management and ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is a plus.
Nice to have
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
2. Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with ServiceNow.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
