Overview
We migrate complex legacy applications to cloud platforms for global financial leaders. Using AI-driven tools to accelerate analysis and refactoring, we transform "black-box" systems into modern, cloud-native environments. We own the entire journey: from initial discovery to final production rollout.
The Role
You will orchestrate the delivery of multiple parallel workstreams. Your goal is to move dozens of applications — ranging from targeted services to large-scale codebases with hundreds of thousands of lines of code — through our modernization factory for US and EMEA-based clients.

What you will do
- Discovery & Engagement: Extract existing application logic and target state requirements from stakeholders. Bridge the gap between "how it works now" and the migration plan.
- Delivery Coordination: Lead engineering squads through the migration of legacy stacks (Java, Python, C++) and ensure all dependencies are resolved.
- Change Management: Drive the "last mile." Navigate complex approval cycles, security audits, and corporate compliance hurdles to ensure successful production handover.
- Stakeholder Bridge: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, translating technical milestones into clear business progress.
Required
Mandatory:
- Experience: 10+ years in IT, with 4+ years in a leadership role (TDM, Program Manager) within large-scale corporate or enterprise environments.
- Technical Breadth: High "horizontal" literacy. You should understand how legacy Java, Python, or C++ apps translate into modern cloud patterns.
- Infrastructure: Familiarity with Linux and a working knowledge of networking and security principles.
- Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and hit firm deadlines.
- Communication: Fluent Business English.
Nice to have
- Complex Environments: Experience navigating rigorous regulatory requirements, and multi-layered corporate approval processes (FinTech, Healthcare, or similar).
- Cloud & Middleware: Familiarity with public cloud providers, distributed messaging systems, and various relational or NoSQL database environments.
- AI Interest: Curiosity about using LLMs to improve engineering efficiency.
