remote by default

Not everyone at Findev works from one of our offices. Our team is spread across Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, and other countries.

We don’t expect you to relocate just to join us. If we can legally work together from your country, we’re happy to do so.

We’ll explain how the hiring process works, keep you updated, and tell you what’s coming next. No guessing and no chasing people for answers.

After you accept the offer, Talent Ops will set up a welcome call and stay your main contact for any practical questions.

Contracts, paperwork, local requirements - we’ll help you figure it out and involve our lawyer or accountant when needed.

We’ll usually send your equipment straight to your home. Your benefits are available from day one.

Remote doesn’t mean being left on your own. You’ll be part of the same team and get the same support as everyone else.

Most communication happens online, but once a year the whole company gets together in person.

It’s a chance to catch up with people you’ve worked with for months, meet new teammates, and spend a few days together outside of Slack and video calls.

Doing good work requires proper time off. That’s why you’ll have 24 days of paid vacation.

Getting sick is stressful enough without worrying about money. We provide 10 days of paid sick leave, so you can focus on getting better.

Learning shouldn’t come entirely out of your own pocket. We reimburse 50% of professional training, education, and conference costs.

You’ll work with experienced people who will support you, challenge your thinking, and help you get better at what you do.

We’re distributed, but we don’t want to be a collection of strangers on a screen. We organize team events and activities so people have a chance to spend real time together.
