Senior
You will join a specialized, multidisciplinary team working on next-generation AI-driven pricing algorithms for trading systems.
The project sits at the intersection of:
- Quantitative research
- Artificial intelligence and machine learning (including large models)
- Trading technology
The team focuses on building and deploying advanced models that leverage real-time and historical market data to:
- Improve pricing accuracy
- Enhance execution quality
- Generate actionable market insights
This is a high-impact environment where research, engineering, and trading converge, with solutions deployed directly into production trading systems requiring high performance and low latency.

What you will do
- Design and implement AI-based pricing models using large-scale machine learning approaches (e.g., deep learning, transformers, reinforcement learning)
- Translate quantitative research into robust, production-grade trading systems
- Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for model training, backtesting, and deployment
- Process and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to extract predictive signals
- Optimize data pipelines and systems for performance and low-latency execution
- Monitor and improve deployed models, ensuring stability, accuracy, and consistency over time
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, data scientists, and traders to align technical solutions with business objectives
Tech Stack:
- Programming: Python (primary), C++ / Rust (optional)
- Machine Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Data: SQL, large-scale data processing
- Infrastructure & Systems: Distributed systems, real-time processing (e.g., Kafka)
- Data Platforms: Snowflake, Redshift (or similar)
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computational scientific discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry)
- 2+ years of experience in Quantitative Development, Analytical Software Engineering, or similar roles (including relevant personal or academic projects)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying machine learning models
- Solid understanding of applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical methods
- Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems
- Strong software engineering skills, including writing efficient, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Nice to have
- Experience with low-latency programming (C++ or Rust)
- Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
- Experience with real-time data systems (e.g., Kafka)
- Understanding of financial markets, market microstructure, or trading systems
- Experience working in high-performance or production-critical environments
